Extract of the birth certificate of Catharina Johanna Maria Koopman
This extract from the register of births of the city Utrecht proves that my great-grandmother Catharina Johanna Maria Koopman was born there on 14 September 1886. The number of her birth act is 2116 – useful to know if I want to consult the register in the Utrecht archive.
At the bottom of this certificate we learn that this extract was made on 29 July 1930, for pension reasons. Her husband, Theodorus Johannes Adrianus Pardoen, died on 21 July 1930, and Mrs. Pardoen needed some papers for her pension. Last year I showed you an extract of Mr. Pardoen’s death act, obtained a few days earlier for the same reason.
