Tombstone of Jan van Klingeren, cemetery of Lage Vuursche

Here rests our beloved son and brother Jan van Klingeren, born 30 April 1876, died 30 October 1905. And his parents.

The grave of a young man, who died at the early age of 29. Apparently his parents, Jan van Klingeren and Maria Wallenburg, were buried here later, but for some reasons their names and death dates were never added to the inscription.

Jan van Klingeren, son of Dirk van Klingeren and Susanna de Ridder, was born on 1 March 1851 in De Vuursche, and died on 30 March 1923 in Baarn. He married Maria Wallenburg, daughter of Elsje Wallenburg, on 5 February 1875 in Baarn. She was born on 23 July 1848 in Utrecht, and died on 1 October 1920 in Baarn.

They had at least three children. One of them, Jan van Klingeren, is buried here, with his parents. Jan was born on 30 April 1876 in Doorn, and died 30 October 1905 in Baarn.
