Here rests our dear wife and mother, Maria Gijzen – Schippers, 22 February 1891 – 7 August 1953. And our dear father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Dirk Gijzen, 8 April 1884 – 13 August 1967.
I could find the following marriage in Genlias, the Dutch BMD database: Dirk Gijzen, son of Christiaan Gijzen and Neeltje Aartje Gijzen, 28, from Loosdrecht, and Maria Schipper [sic], daughter of Hendrik Schipper and Antje van ter Meij, 21, from Loosdrecht, married on 3 October 1912 in Loosdrecht.
