This skyscraper did not exist the previous time I was in Barcelona. And when I visited the spot from where I took these photos in Google streetview, the building was not there either! When I moved my streetview location towards where the building should be it suddenly popped up after passing a roundabout.
I did not plan to take photos here, as I did not know this building existed. I discovered it by accident when I took one of those hop on / hop off bus tours. And when I came home, I had some trouble finding out what it is.
Apparently this skyscraper is known as Torre Diagonal ZeroZero. It is in use by a phone comapny. Construction started in 2008, and the building was complete in 2010. The architect is Enric Massip Bosch.
Anyway, I liked what I saw, and I hope you like my photos of it.
