Andries (or Andreas) Derksen, son of Andries Derksen and Hendrina van Brink, was born on 24 January 1846 in Huissen, and died on 26 January 1931 in Wijk bij Duurstede. He married Catharina Everdina Wennekes, daughter of Adrianus Wennekes and Helena Lamers, on 13 januari 1872 in Renkum. She was born on 25 January 1851 in Renkum, and died on 15 February 1933 in Wijk bij Duurstede.
