“Here rests our only beloved little daughter Theodora Paulina v[an] d[en] Hoff born 3 February 1935 died 2 February 1937. Rest Softly.”

So the little girl died one day before her second birthday. I found her death certificate on Wie was Wie:

Theodora Paulina van den Hoff, female, 1 year old, daughter of Hendrik Joseph van den Hoff and Wilhelmina Heneutta Hubertina Kloek, died 2 February 1937 in Wijk bij Duurstede.
